Hyfo is in early access. Rather than publishing tiers before we've proven the fit for consultancies like yours, we're setting up the first organisations by hand — get in touch and we'll talk through what it looks like for your team.

What's included during early access?
Everything — projects, quoting and invoicing, timesheets, bat survey and BNG/PEA reporting, and your own QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 connections. Nothing is held back for a higher tier while we're still onboarding consultancies directly.
Do I need my own Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks?
You'll get the most out of Hyfo with your own Microsoft 365 (for email, calendar and file storage) and QuickBooks Online (or Xero, coming soon) — Hyfo connects to what you already use rather than replacing it.
Can I bring my own team?
Yes. Once your organisation is set up, invite staff and subcontractors with the right role for each of them — owner, admin, project manager, finance or subcontractor.
